We aim to educate and inspire people to embrace mental care and self-care as essential parts of their daily lives. Our vision is to bring light to the importance of taking care of yourself while managing life’s many demands. Just as the willow’s roots run deep, grounding it through storms, we want to show individuals how to root themselves in self-care practices so they can stand tall, even in adversity.

HTU’s mission is to assist people of all ages with tools and actionable steps for healing, mental care, and self-care. By providing guidance, education, and resources, we empower individuals to prioritize their well-being and achieve a balanced, healthier lifestyle. Like the resilient willow tree, we help individuals bend with life’s challenges without breaking, fostering strength and flexibility.

The core reason HTU exists is:
• To educate and empower: Provide people with tools to manage healthier lifestyles through mental care and self-care.
• To share and guide: Use personal experiences as a resource to guide others toward self-healing.
• To inspire change: Foster positive change through teaching and coaching.
• To impact lives: Uplift others by sharing personal journeys of healing and mental care.
• To address triggers: Facilitate discussions on identifying potential triggers and creative ways to manage them.
• To navigate trauma: Educate individuals on recognizing trauma and managing its effects.
• To connect resources: Locate and bring together tools, practices, and community resources for all ages.

• Educate all ages: Help individuals identify their unique care needs and solutions.
• Increase check-ins: Promote regular mental and emotional health check-ins, both individually and in group settings.
• Host retreats: Organize retreats that encourage learning, connection, and growth in mental and physical health.
• Build communities: Foster support networks to ensure continued healing and self-care practices.
• Provide tools and practices: Deliver actionable strategies that participants can integrate into their daily lives for lasting impact.
