Suenyo L. Branch-Morgan is an author, speaker, coach, wellness advocate, and Co-Owner of ELM St. Enterprises, LLC, a family-owned business dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities through healing, education, encouragement, and personal growth.
After more than 32 years of service in public safety and local government, Suenyo's life took an unexpected turn when chronic health challenges forced her into medical retirement. Rather than allowing her circumstances to define her, she chose to transform her pain into purpose and her experiences into a platform for hope, healing, and empowerment.
As the Founder of Healing Thru U, a program developed under ELM St. Enterprises, LLC, Suenyo helps individuals navigate life's challenges through coaching, speaking engagements, workshops, wellness resources, and faith-centered encouragement. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to remind others that healing starts from within and that intentional living is possible regardless of life's circumstances.
Suenyo is the author of three inspirational books:
• Still Smiling Through the Storm
• The Scars That Made Me
• Empowered Living: A Compassionate Companion for Navigating Fibromyalgia and Chronic Pain
Drawing from her personal experiences with Fibromyalgia, chronic illness, caregiving responsibilities, grief, and life's unexpected transitions, Suenyo speaks authentically about resilience, faith, healing, self-care, and overcoming adversity.
In addition to serving as an author, speaker, and wellness advocate, Suenyo is passionate about raising awareness for Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, invisible illnesses, disability advocacy, and caregiver wellness.
Through annual awareness events such as the Butterfly Walk for Lupus & Fibromyalgia, speaking engagements, community outreach initiatives, fundraising efforts, and wellness resources, she continues to use her journey to inspire hope, foster connection, and empower others to live intentionally despite life's challenges.
Whether speaking to a room of hundreds, mentoring one-on-one, facilitating workshops, signing books, or simply sharing her story, Suenyo's message remains the same:
"Life happens... living is intentional."
Through faith, resilience, and a commitment to personal growth, she encourages others to rise above their circumstances, embrace their healing journey, and discover the strength they already possess.
Philippians 4:13
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
